Difficulty sleeping is definitely disturbing.

Everyone has different needs sleep duration. Some people enough to just sleep for 4-5 hours every night, there is even a minimal need 8 hours of sleep a night. Insomnia is not actually related to how long you sleep, but more importantly how the quality of your sleep.
